Pour is a drink-journaling app published by SKIMCORP. You can delete your Pour account and the data associated with it at any time.
1. How to Delete Your Account
In the app (preferred)
- Open the Pour app and sign in.
- Tap More → Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm your password and tap Delete.
Your account and data will be removed according to the schedule described below.
Locked out of your account?
If you cannot access the app, email support@pourdrink.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days:
- Profile (display name, email, avatar)
- Logged drinks, photos, ratings, and tasting notes
- Friend connections and pending friend requests
- Comments and reactions you have posted
- Custom drink types and saved places
- Push notification tokens
Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 90 days before being overwritten in the normal course of business.
3. What Is Retained
The following may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons, in aggregated or anonymized form:
- Server logs, retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics.
- Records required for legal compliance (for example, abuse reports), retained only for as long as legally required.
